11月26日，省科技厅公布2025年度45家标杆孵化器名单，全省标杆孵化器由此达到77家。新增的45 家孵化器聚焦"硬科技"，探索新型孵化模式，累计搭建100多个专业技术服务平台，孵化企业5800余 家。 这45家标杆孵化器的发力重点，面向第三代半导体、人工智能+、氢能和新型储能、先进材料等产 业方向，重点培育关键技术攻关型、进口替代潜力型企业，更高度契合当地产业布局。这批标杆孵化器 所孵化的企业中，科技型中小企业及高新技术企业占54%，其中专精特新企业270余家、独角兽及瞪羚 企业180余家、上市（挂牌）企业80余家。 去年，江苏围绕未来产业发展，引导和支持领军企业、高校院所、现有专业孵化器等，通过提升、 整合、新育等方式打造标杆孵化器，首批遴选出32家。今年新增的45家标杆孵化器覆盖全省各设区市， 其中，苏州13家、南京和无锡各8家、常州5家、盐城3家、其他市各1家。有29家标杆孵化器位于省级以 上高新区，其中15家位于"双高协同"试点高新区、两家依托全国高校区域技术转移转化中心（江苏）建 设。它们作为链接高新区与高校的桥梁，广泛对接国内外顶尖科研院所与专业服务机构，为在孵企业提 供"全链条"技术服务。 ...
