筑牢水安全保障,威海“十四五”构建优化水资源配置新体系

齐鲁晚报·齐鲁壹点 连宁燕 1月21日下午,威海市政府新闻办举行"高质量完成'十四五'规划"系列主题新闻发布会,威海市水务局 党组书记、局长刘源,威海市水务局党组成员、三级调研员宁忠莉,威海市水务局党组成员、副局长、 新闻发言人于泉贵,威海市水务局党组成员、副局长曹永刚,介绍威海"十四五"时期加快推进水利水务 高质量发展工作有关情况。 水是生命之源、生产之要、生态之基,威海市委、市政府高度重视治水工作,"十四五"以来,威海市水 务系统深入贯彻"节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力"的治水思路,统筹推进水安全、水生态、 水经济、水民生建设,推动全市水利水务高质量发展取得阶段性成效。 以现代水网为基础的水安全保障能力全面提升 威海是严重缺水城市,五年来,通过基础设施建设补短板,持续开源节流,保障经济社会发展用水需 求。全市完成水利水务投资132亿元,建成4个水系连通工程,水资源配置体系得到优化,先后推进10项 水资源开发利用工程,恢复和新增兴利库容2.3亿立方米,有效提升水资源拦蓄能力,市域范围内跨区 域调水能力达到29万立方米/天,初步形成了外调水与本地水联合调度、互为补充的配置体系,逐步完 成从"力保城市供 ...
