近日,宜昌三峡枢纽多式联运等4个国家示范工程通过验收,湖北国家级多式联运示范工程创建数量、 命名数量均位居全国第一。 湖北基础设施"硬联通"正在持续强化。目前,重要港口已基本实现二级及以上公路覆盖,武汉、宜昌等 六大重点港区全部接入铁路专用线,铁水联运通道高效贯通。湖北省交通运输厅相关负责人表示,到 2027年,全省铁路货物运输周转量较2023年增长10%左右,港口集装箱铁水联运量年均增长15%左右。 作为浙江杭州首个千吨级内河港口,杭州市钱塘区下沙港开港以来已形成覆盖13条航线的水运网络,17 艘64标箱船舶构建起高效运力体系。钱塘区交通运输局运输管理科科长黄青峰介绍,下沙港通过与京杭 运河二通道及八堡船闸协同运作,实现海河高效衔接。以下沙港至宁波港航线为例,相较公路运输,单 箱物流成本能降低300元以上,综合成本下降20%。此外,下沙港还为企业定制"门到港"包干服务,降 低预提费、落箱费等成本。 资源整合打通堵点 今年前三季度,我国社会物流总费用为14.2万亿元,与国内生产总值(GDP)的比率为14.0%,较去年 同期下降0.1个百分点,继续保持有统计以来的最低水平。 从国办印发《关于加快农村寄递物流体系 ...
