贵州境外旅客购物离境退税升级 “即买即退” 1月1日起正式落地

1月1日起,贵州省境外旅客购物离境退税服务迎来重要升级——全新的"即买即退"模式正式上线,将退 税环节从离境口岸前移至购物现场,让境外旅客在黔消费享受到"退税立等可取"的便捷体验。 相较于2025年10月1日推出的常规离境退税模式,此次升级的核心亮点在于流程的简化。以往,境外旅 客需在离境时前往机场等口岸的指定窗口排队办理退税手续,相对耗时费力;如今,在全省范围内 的"即买即退"备案商店内,旅客完成购物后,仅需刷取信用卡进行预授权,商店工作人员就能通过专用 系统即时受理退税申请,退税款可当场返还至旅客手中,真正实现"购在多彩贵州,退税即刻到手"。 商家备案的高效推进,成为政策顺利落地的关键支撑。"申请流程非常顺畅,在税务部门的指导下,我 们很快就完成了备案。"贵阳某公司负责人表示。为扩大政策覆盖面,贵州税务部门联合财政、商务等 多部门,结合贵州文旅资源特色,重点将销售茶叶、刺梨等本地标志性产品的商店纳入备案范围。同 时,联合中国银行贵州省分行(全省离境退税代理机构),为符合条件的商户提供"政策解读+实操指 导"双线服务,手把手协助商家完成系统开单、刷卡测试等全流程操作,确保服务无缝衔接。 此次"即买即退"政策 ...
