Employment Stability Initiatives - The Baisha County government has established a robust policy support system to ensure employment stability, focusing on rural labor force employment and implementing various measures such as "point-to-point" labor output and skills training [2][3]. - In 2024, Baisha achieved significant employment milestones, including 343 new urban jobs, 862 re-employments for unemployed individuals, and 160 jobs for those facing employment difficulties, with all core indicators exceeding 100% completion [2]. Employment Support Programs - The county has developed public welfare positions for 2,601 individuals and implemented incentive policies for employment training bases, resulting in 84 positions across 11 training bases and 974 jobs through 24 employment assistance workshops [3]. - By July, Baisha reported 37,210 rural laborers working outside the county, with 21,862 being from impoverished backgrounds, alongside 253 new urban jobs and 270 re-employments [3]. Innovative Employment Strategies - Baisha County has introduced a dual strategy of "outward employment + local employment," fostering local labor leaders and promoting three key groups to enhance employment opportunities [4]. - The county has established five labor service brands centered around local industries, which have collectively facilitated employment for 177,400 individuals [4].
