今年以来,丹阳农商银行坚定不移恪守"支农支小"战略定位,通过深入调研、多轮研讨与方案打磨,确 定了"试点先行、以点带面"的网格化营销试点推进路径,在真实的市场环境中淬炼出一套可复制、可推 广的成熟打法。经过四个月的实践,累计实现网格内客户用信309户,贷款金额3556.9万元,其驱动业 务产能增长的杠杆作用正逐步释放。 一、获客阶段:数据驱动的精准筛选 构建一套以数据为核心的精准筛选机制,将原始、分散的潜在客户信息,逐步转化为结构清晰、价值可 判的"靶向"客群。 一是信息获取"标准化",夯实营销地基 。真实、完整的客户信息是精准营销的基础。村书记、小组 长、网格员等"关键人"身处基层治理一线,掌握着最鲜活、最动态的户籍信息底册。通过建立与"关键 人"的常态化对接机制,要求客户经理定期拜访,提前获取并持续更新这份"活数据",一方面是做好信 息的采集,另一方面是建立信任,争取尽快融入,为后续工作打下最坚实的地基。 二是信息盘整"电子化",提升处理效率 。获取信息后,高效、规范的盘整至关重要。该行制定了一套 统一的盘整计划与信息录入标准,充分发动"关键人"力量,利用自建的电子化工具进行批量处理。同 时,设定明确的日 ...
