21世纪经济报道记者王峰北京报道 近日,人力资源社会保障部等五部门联合印发《关于规范网络平台 招聘类信息发布的通知》(下称《通知》),进一步规范网络招聘市场秩序。 随着互联网和平台经济的快速发展,网络招聘已经成为求职招聘的重要渠道,在促进高质量充分就业和 优化人力资源配置方面,发挥了重要作用。同时,还存在一些未经许可擅自从事网络招聘服务、对用人 单位资质和招聘信息真实性与合法性审核把关不严等问题,侵害了求职者权益。 《通知》特别强调,压实网络平台的主体责任,不断提升网络平台合规经营、风险防范、权益保障水 平,更好维护求职者合法权益,推动行业健康发展。 在1月27日人力资源社会保障部例行新闻发布会上,人力资源流动管理司副司长、一级巡视员孙晓丽在 回答21世纪经济报道记者提问时表示,《通知》要求重点压实网络平台四个方面责任。 一是压实对网络招聘服务许可排查责任。经营性人力资源服务机构通过互联网站、应用程序等发布招聘 信息,网络平台为用人单位提供招聘信息发布等网络招聘服务,应依法取得人力资源服务许可证。各地 将组织辖区内网络平台加强对发布招聘信息的排查,对违法违规信息,采取相应的行政监管措施。 二是压实账号分类核验 ...
