(上合天津峰会)天津持续深化与上合组织国家的职教合作 中新网天津8月29日电 (记者 王君妍 周亚强)29日，2025年上海合作组织峰会新闻中心举办天津市专场吹 风会。天津市教委主任荆洪阳在会上表示，天津持续深化与上合组织国家的职教合作，着力打造职业教 育的国际交往中心城市。 一是搭建重大国际会议交流平台。2022年以来，天津连续举办两届世界职业技术教育发展大会，来自俄 罗斯、哈萨克斯坦等上合组织国家的15位部级领导来津出席大会，共同发布《世界职业技术教育发展天 津共识》。组建世界职业教育发展联盟，吸纳10个上合组织国家成员单位入盟，建立常态化沟通合作机 制。举办世界职业院校技能大赛，来自上合组织国家的参赛选手同场竞技，斩获多枚奖牌。积极推进大 会成果转化，成立全球职业技术教育发展智库，邀请来自俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、蒙古国的4位职教专家学 者和行业领袖进入专家库，为促进上合组织国家职业教育发展提供智力支持。 二是持续深耕鲁班工坊品牌发展。天津首创鲁班工坊职业教育国际合作品牌，推动中外学校采取"校校 合作、产教融合"的方式，在海外共建实体化办学项目。截至目前，天津在俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、塔吉 克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦、印 ...
