着眼未来,重视发挥教育在兴边富民行动中的作用,不断加强对边疆地区基础设施和民生保障投入,优 化区域教育资源配置,定将不断增强各族群众的获得感。 努力回答好"培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人"的问题。教育是国之大计、党之大计。从帕米尔高 原的"马背小学",到云南独龙江乡的"云上课堂",从广西崇左"兵教师"讲述左右江革命根据地事迹,到 内蒙古鄂尔多斯市推进"石榴籽育人工程"、用"三千孤儿入内蒙"等历史佳话滋养青少年心灵……边疆教 育因地制宜践行"为党育人、为国育才"的实践表明,用好红色资源,传承好红色基因,社会主义核心价 值观就能在边疆青少年心中生根发芽。 以融合赋能破解发展难题,打破地域、资源、机制等方面的约束。这就需要强化区域教育间的协同融 合。比如,中国人民大学等高校面向边疆地区开办"定向班",为边疆"育苗",因地施才创新设置"英模 班"和"劳模班",为边疆"壮苗"。也应强化产教融合"双向赋能"。例如,立足边疆特色产业,广西实施 乡镇农技人员定向培养计划,实现"入学即入职、毕业即就业"。还应推动数字技术"深度融通"。在这方 面,西藏那曲市与辽宁省携手打造智慧教育"高速路",让优质资源直通高原偏远地区课堂。 ...
