国际首次!上海交大团队破解电合成氨全球难题

来源:科技日报 科技日报记者 王春 2月13日,上海交通大学变革性分子前沿科学中心李俊团队在《科学》上在线发表研究论文。研究团队 首次报道了在常温常压连续流条件下100mA cm⁻²高电流密度和21%高能效的稳定电合成氨新体系,为绿 氨规模化生产提供了颠覆性技术路径。 传统哈伯—博施法合成氨需高温高压且依赖化石能源,碳排放巨大。锂介导电化学还原制氨是绿色替代 方案,但长期受限于电极表面固体电解质界面(SEI)离子传导差、高电流下易失效等问题,氨分电流 密度长期停留在8mA cm⁻²以下,高压间歇电解能效也仅3%。 针对这一瓶颈,团队创新性构建功能分层SEI结构(DDLA),实现锂离子传输效率提升两个数量级。 该多层级界面由LiF外层、Li₂CO₃离子传导层与Li₃N界面层精准组成,大幅降低锂离子去溶剂化与迁移 能垒,显著抑制析氢副反应,从原理上突破高电流密度下的界面稳定性难题。 该研究由上海交大李俊副教授与苏州大学程涛教授为通讯作者,张强、李华敏、于沛平、刘鹏宇为共同 第一作者,得到国家自然科学基金等多项项目支持。 实验证实,新体系在100mA cm⁻²下实现98%法拉第效率、21%能量效率,并可稳定运行50 ...
