高层建筑灭火救援跨区域演练展开
Liao Ning Ri Bao· 2025-10-09 01:23
Core Insights - The recent Central Urban Work Conference emphasized the importance of building resilient cities and enhancing housing safety standards, particularly in high-rise fire rescue operations [1] Group 1: Fire Rescue Technology - The use of advanced equipment such as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for monitoring and extinguishing fires has become increasingly sophisticated, with new four-axis UAVs capable of performing demolition tasks by breaking glass at heights of up to 100 meters [2] - New firefighting equipment developed in the last two years includes ground and aerial collaborative UAVs that can autonomously take off and land, featuring advanced capabilities for sustained high-altitude operations [2] Group 2: Smart Technology Integration - The complexity of high-rise buildings necessitates rapid situational awareness and information acquisition for effective fire rescue, with smart systems providing real-time data to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency [4] - Technologies such as intelligent alert systems and AI-driven data analysis are being utilized to locate trapped individuals and plan escape routes, significantly improving rescue operations [4] Group 3: Enhanced Safety Measures - The introduction of new AR smart helmets allows firefighters to transmit real-time data regarding their location and equipment status back to command centers, improving situational awareness [4] - Wearable exoskeleton systems have been developed to assist firefighters in carrying heavy equipment, reducing physical strain while enhancing operational efficiency [4] Group 4: Future Directions - The Ministry of Emergency Management plans to further integrate new equipment, technologies, tactics, and materials into practical applications to enhance urban safety [5]

Core Insights - The central urban work conference emphasized the importance of building safe and resilient cities, particularly focusing on enhancing fire safety in high-rise buildings [1] Group 1: Fire Safety Challenges - As of the end of 2024, there are over 1.39 million high-rise buildings in China, facing challenges such as evacuation, firefighting operations, and communication during emergencies [1] - The complexity of high-rise structures complicates firefighting efforts, with issues like vertical fire spread and communication blind spots increasing the difficulty of rescue operations [1] Group 2: Advancements in Equipment - New firefighting technologies include drones capable of monitoring fire conditions and deploying fire extinguishing agents, with advanced models able to perform "breaching" tasks by breaking glass at heights of up to 100 meters [2] - Recent developments in drone technology allow for collaboration with ground firefighting units, featuring autonomous takeoff and landing capabilities, and can sustain operations for at least 6 hours [2] Group 3: Smart Technologies - The integration of smart technologies enhances firefighting efficiency, with systems providing real-time data on building layouts, water sources, and escape routes for trapped individuals [4] - AI systems analyze data to assist in decision-making and improve the accuracy of rescue operations [4] Group 4: Enhanced Reliability - New AR smart helmets provide real-time data on firefighters' locations and equipment status, improving situational awareness during operations [4] - Wearable exoskeleton systems significantly reduce the physical burden on firefighters, allowing them to carry heavier loads with less fatigue [4] Group 5: Future Applications - The Ministry of Emergency Management plans to further integrate new equipment, technologies, and strategies into practical applications to enhance urban safety [5]
迎全运保安全 广州开展高层建筑灭火救援应急演练
Core Viewpoint - The emergency drill conducted in Guangzhou on August 11, 2023, showcased advanced firefighting and rescue techniques in response to a simulated high-rise building fire, emphasizing the city's preparedness for emergencies [1] Group 1: Emergency Drill Overview - The drill simulated a fire caused by electrical faults in a super high-rise building within Guangzhou's International Financial City, with multiple individuals trapped [1] - Various emergency response aspects were covered, including initial response, personnel evacuation, drone firefighting, new material firefighting, medical rescue, casualty transport, water supply assurance, and communication support [1] - Approximately 400 participants from emergency, fire, public security, health, communication departments, and over 20 high-tech enterprises took part in the drill [1] Group 2: Technology and Equipment Utilized - The drill employed a range of advanced technologies and new equipment, including high-lift fire trucks, aerial ladders, fireboats, helicopters, quadruped robots, tracked robots, and reconnaissance drones [1] - These technologies played a crucial role in casualty transport, material delivery, fire reconnaissance, remote water supply, high-rise water supply, high-rise firefighting, and precision strikes [1] - The exercise effectively tested the new achievements of Guangzhou's emergency management departments and firefighting teams in addressing the challenges of high-rise building fire rescue [1]
