新京报讯(记者姜慧梓)2025年12月18日,海南自由贸易港正式启动全岛封关。在1月30日财政部举行的 新闻发布会上,财政部关税司副司长吴京芳介绍,封关以来至1月27日,离岛免税销售金额62.8亿元, 购物人数98.1万人次,购物件数460万件,同比分别增长35.9%、21%、8.2%。 封关还促进了货物进口快速增长,截至1月27日,"零关税"货物进口货值8.57亿元,同比增长2.43倍,覆 盖化工、矿产品制造、医疗健康等行业。减免税款约1.29亿元,同比增长2倍。1万多家企业申请成 为"零关税"政策享惠主体,新增备案外贸企业5700余家。 "零关税"货物及其加工制成品,可以在享惠主体间免进口税收流通,再叠加加工增值免关税政策,共同 推动企业将生产制造环节留在海南。封关以来截至1月27日,岛内销往内地的加工增值免关税货物1.01 亿元,减免税款386.7万元。全省新增外资企业409户,同比增长23.56%,外商直接投资总额、增速位居 全国前列。 ...
