本报讯(记者陈雪柠)近日,随着木林镇国土空间规划及集中建设区控制性详细规划获批,顺义区新城 外10个镇的空间蓝图已全部绘就,为未来发展锚定方向。 顺义区新城外10个镇包括高丽营镇、赵全营镇、北石槽镇、木林镇、龙湾屯镇、杨镇、李桥镇、北务 镇、大孙各庄镇及张镇。其中,《杨镇规划》以承接北京城市学院为契机,以校镇融合发展带动镇域整 体功能提升,提出"汇智聚力的科教创新大学镇、承古扬新的文化交汇集聚镇、花水叠翠的绿色发展生 态镇、宜居宜业的品质生活新市镇"总体目标定位。《赵全营镇规划》发挥产业基础优势和近郊区位优 势,提出"以创新产业为主导,强化医疗服务和田园特色的京北智能制造宜居小城镇"的总体功能定位。 《李桥镇规划》提出建设"具有国际风范、首都特色、国门特征的港城融合发展示范镇"的目标定位; 《北务镇规划》提出聚焦特色农业、智能制造和现代物流,加强与杨镇、燕郊等地产业协作,打造河东 地区农副产品商贸新门户、绿色农业协作新引擎和科创智造新节点;《木林镇规划》提出"多彩浅山, 智绘木林"的发展目标,培育新能源汽车及高端装备智造、农产品绿色加工两大新兴工业,创建浅山户 外旅游、农旅康养两大文旅品牌。 ...
