因人设课精细科普活动。一是节庆式科普激发科技兴趣。针对青少年心性活泼的特点,万载县科协将每 年的全国科普日和校园科技节相结合,开展为期一个月的集中式校园科普活动,通过科技创意比拼、科 技小课堂、科普展出、科普讲座等方式让青少年踊跃参与其中,在寓教于乐中增长了对科技的兴趣。二 是体验式课堂增强科普记忆。通过科普研学、产业园科技体验、科学实验进课堂、科技一日游等体验式 的科普活动,让青少年对科普知识不仅仅停留在看这一单独感官,而是形成立体化的综合感知记忆,增 强科普效果。三是及时复盘把握科普需求。学生对学校每年开展的科普活动进行点评打分,筛选出最受 欢迎的活动形式和内容,县科协根据学生评价结果及时调整方向和优化科普内容,形成学生点题-科协 输出-反馈优化的正向循环。 梯队培养储备科普人才。一是请进来一批。每年邀请中央、省市专家或者本籍院士到万载授课,同时要 求本级科普讲师到场旁听,在增加本地师资力量同时提升本级科普人员授课能力。二是梯队化建设一 批。在科普志愿者、科普职能单位、产业专业人员等各类人员中筛选一批爱科普、能科普的人员组成科 普讲师团,不定期进校园、社区、农村等进行科普授课。目前为至,万载科普讲师团共计 ...
