长江商报消息 ●长江商报记者 刘倩雯 为实现目标，《通知》明确五大任务：一是扩大覆盖范围，推动从地级以上城市主城区向县城社区延 伸，实现更多人群全覆盖；二是优化设施布局，把便民生活圈纳入城市国土空间和城市更新规划，推动 新建社区与住宅同步建设商业和养老服务中心；三是推动业态升级，重点补齐养老、托育、家政、菜市 场等基础性业态，培育新型共享经济与特色服务；四是推动服务升级，倡导品牌化、连锁化发展，提供 更加人性化、品质化的社区服务；五是推动管理升级，建立党建引领、多元共治和数字化管理体系，提 升社区商业运行效率。 《通知》明确提出按照"问需于民、问计于民""因城施策、一圈一策""缺什么、补什么"的原则，聚焦群 众急难愁盼，突出"一老一小"，推动便民生活圈建设扩围升级，将便民生活圈打造成宜居宜业、宜游宜 购、宜老宜小的全龄友好型品质生活圈。 到2030年实现"百城万圈"目标，即确定100个一刻钟便民生活圈全域推进先行区试点城市，对地级以上 城市主城区和有条件的县城社区全覆盖；建成1万个布局合理、业态齐全，功能完善、服务优质，智慧 高效、快捷便利，规范有序、商居和谐的便民生活圈，打造500条"银发金街"、500个" ...
