本刊记者 郑扬波 最近,兴业银行私人银行的"增值服务"引发热议—— 只要存够千万级资金,就能为子女换取名企实习机会,谷歌、阿里巴巴、字节跳动等都在"推荐名单"里。 遭普遍质疑后,兴业银行回应,该"菁英企业"实习计划在推广中表述不完整,对此造成的误解深表歉意。 看似银行与客户间的"礼尚往来"为何会引发争议? 银行私人业务向来主打"高端服务",比如兴业银行规定私人银行客户需满足月日均综合金融资产在600万元(含)以上,目前已有8万多户。按说,提 供点高尔夫球场预订、高端医疗对接之类的服务,算是行业常规。但把名企实习机会明码标价,性质就变了——这不是普通的"客户关怀",而将就业机会 加上了资金门槛。 兴业银行的操作并非孤例。此前,平安银行的"新锐实践计划"、中信银行的实习营、招商银行的境外高端游学,甚至早年渣打银行"50万存款换优先 录取资格"的争议操作,本质都是一个路数:把教育、就业等涉及社会公平的领域,变成"VIP专属福利"。 建议三方面入手:监管层要给这类服务划红线,要求公开透明,禁止教育就业机会与资金挂钩;企业自身得有底线意识,名企应拒绝参与这种"资本 换机会"的游戏;社会层面要完善公平就业机制,比如扩大基 ...
