文 | 成都市人民政府办公厅 4月27日,成都市人民政府办公厅印发《关于进一步增强成都市电力保障能力的若干政策措 施》,政策指出,保障新型储能项目用地需求,鼓励用户侧储能发展,加大分布式光伏项目建 设,鼓励供电公司配备应急发电车,支持虚拟电厂参与负荷响应。 保障新型储能项目用地需求。对列入年度计划、独立占地的新型储能电站,优先保障土地利用计 划指标,按公用设施优先安排项目用地;公用设施用地无法保障的,可利用产业园区规定配套项 目用地比例使用工业用地。用户侧储能项目用地与产业园区、工商业企业用地统一规划。对现有 规划的变电站用地,因面积等原因无法建设的,可利用规划变电站建设电网侧储能电站,有条件 区域在就近位置新增符合变电站建设条件的公用变电站站址,确保公用变电站站址数量保持稳 定;在既有的国有建设土地上建设新型储能电站设施设备的,无需办理规划许可。 鼓励用户侧储能发展。按照因地制宜、灵活多样原则,支持大数据中心、通信基站、工商业企 业、产业园区、电动汽车充换电站等配建新型储能设施。精密制造、金融、电池等用电量大且对 供电可靠性、电能质量要求高的用电企业,按需配置新型储能设施。鼓励重要电力用户建设安全 可靠移动 ...
