本报讯（全媒体记者于莹莹 通讯员李璇）违规款项全额清退，4倍罚款足额到账，医保基金悉数返 还。近日，内蒙古自治区丰镇市检察院办理的督促整治某口腔医院重复收费的行政公益诉讼案办结， 100余名患者的合法权益得到切实维护，国家医保基金安全得到有力保障。 丰镇市某口腔医院为当地医保定点医疗机构，2025年2月至11月期间，该院在根管治疗、拔牙等高频口 腔诊疗项目中，通过拆分服务内容、重复计价收费的方式，谋取不当利益。丰镇市检察院在履职中敏锐 发现该线索，随即启动核查工作。 同月，该院依法向市场监督管理局制发检察建议，督促其对该口腔医院重复收费行为依法从严处置。同 时，该院联合市监局同步开展辖区口腔医疗服务价格专项检查，重点排查重复收费、超标准收费、超频 次收费等突出问题，从源头规范行业收费秩序。 收到检察建议后，市场监督管理局第一时间对涉案口腔医院开展全面核查，依法对其重复收取的费用作 出四倍罚款的行政处罚，并责令其限期整改。 2025年12月4日，该口腔医院已将涉案违规收取的医保基金全额退还至医保专户，同时逐一联系被重复 收费患者完成款项清退。此外，在同步开展的口腔医疗服务价格专项整治行动中，又排查整改了多家门 ...
