据了解,本次下行的实验小鼠在中国空间站已经生活近两周,比原计划延长了约一倍时间。这次下行着陆后,科研人员将对小鼠开展现场 处置,包括将对小鼠的行为、生理生化关键指标开展研究,初步解析小鼠对空间环境的应激响应与适应性变化规律,为进一步理解空间环境对 生命体的影响提供科学依据。 央视网消息:据了解,包括小鼠在内的大批空间科学实验样品随神舟二十一号飞船顺利返回。 随神舟二十一号飞船返回的实验样品包括实验小鼠、斑马鱼和金鱼藻、巨噬细胞、肝细胞等9种生命实验样品;另外有钨铪合金、软磁材 料、水合盐相变和模拟月壤、抗辐照光纤、新型热控涂层、空间薄膜太阳电池防护等多种材料样品,以及燃烧器、碳烟采集板及采集盖3种燃 烧实验样品。 中国科学院空间应用工程与技术中心研究员张璐称:"我们把整个小鼠在太空里面喂养,包括生活的整个技术走通了。同时我们还建立了 各种、全流程的天地一体化的动物培养体系,为后续开展大规模的空间的哺乳动物的培养、研究奠定了非常好的基础。希望通过小鼠这种模式 生物的研究,能够帮助人们进一步理解这种生物体,甚至可以推演到比如说人类在太空里经历微重力状态之后可能会有哪些包括肌肉、骨骼等 各方面可能的影响。" ...
