本报北京1月25日电 (记者潘俊强)近日,北京市人力资源和社会保障局正式印发《北京市机器人专业 职称评价试行办法》(以下简称"办法"),在工程技术系列增设机器人职称评审专业,精准匹配机器人 领域人才评价需求。办法针对从事机器人核心零部件、算法与软件、整机设计与制造、系统集成与应用 等工作的专业技术人才,自2026年起正式实施,将于今年7月启动首次评审。 办法提出,构建全链条、多层次的机器人职称评审体系,精准匹配产业发展对人才评价的需求。评审专 业细分为核心零部件、算法与软件、整机设计与制造、系统集成与应用等四大方向,实现人才评价与产 业需求的精准对接。同时,职称层级设置完整规范,包含初级(助理工程师)、中级(工程师)、副高 级(高级工程师)、正高级(正高级工程师)4个等级,搭建起从青年骨干到顶尖领军人才的全周期职 业发展阶梯。 办法明确,北京市国有企业事业单位、非公有制经济组织、社会组织中的专业技术人才均纳入北京市职 称评价范围。在评价标准上,办法进一步突出人才评价的创新能力、质量、实效和贡献,以业绩成果为 核心,重点考察专业技术人才在技术突破、成果创新、科技成果转化、产业贡献等方面的实际表现。同 时,还将各 ...
