米粉米线行业进一步规范化 微念牵头制定行业最高标准

Group 1 - The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has officially approved 1,128 industry standards, including the light industry standard QB/T2652-2025 for rice noodles, which will replace previous standards [1] - The new standard aims to integrate and replace the old standards, categorizing boiled rice noodle products as industry standard products, applicable to the production, inspection, and sales of pre-packaged rice noodles [1] - The standard specifies the raw materials, technical processes, and production methods for rice noodles, along with testing methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage [1] Group 2 - The approval of the rice noodle standard is expected to enhance market regulation, improve product quality, and protect consumer rights, while promoting the high-quality development of local specialties like Liuzhou snail noodles and Guilin rice noodles [2] - As a leading enterprise in the Liuzhou snail noodle industry, the company has established two factories in Liuzhou and continues to engage in industry-academia-research collaborations to drive innovation [2] - The company’s research project on improving the quality and industrialization of pre-packaged Liuzhou snail noodles won the first prize of the "China Food Industry Association Science and Technology Award" in 2023 [2] Group 3 - The Liuzhou snail noodle industry serves as a model for local food industrialization, with government support and collaboration between enterprises and universities overcoming technical challenges and establishing industry standards [3] - There is an expectation for more companies like the leading enterprise to drive continuous innovation in the industry, aiming for further standardization and scaling of local food industries [3]

工业和信息化部发布2025年第7号公告中,正式批准1128项行业标准。其中,由微念子公司广西兴柳、广西科技大学 作为主要起草单位;广西科技大学生物与化学工程学院研究员程昊作为第一起草人,广西兴柳食品有限公司高级质 量总监朱旭文和体系工程师专家郭双作为主要起草人制定的轻工行业标准QB/T 2652-2025《米粉(米线)》获批发 布,成为国内米粉(米线)类行业的最高标准。 该标准旨在整合并替代原有的QB/T 2652-2004和SB/T 10652-2012标准,将水煮型米粉产品列入行标产品范畴。适用 于预包装米粉(米线)及其制品的生产、检验和销售。QB/T 2652-2025规定了米粉(米线)的原辅料、技术和生产加工 过程等过程,描述了相应的试验方法,规定了检验规则、标签、标志、包装、运输和贮存的内容,同时给出了便于技 术规定的产品分类。据悉,该标准将于2026年5月1日正式实施。 广西兴柳食品有限公司高级质量总监朱旭文表示,《米粉(米线)》对水煮型米粉产品进行了大量论证,将其纳入行业 标准中,更贴近于以水煮型为主的柳州螺蛳粉等米粉(米线)的发展实际。 该标准不仅有利于规范市场发展、提升产 品质量、保障消费者 ...
