作为国家电网官方线上入口,升级后的"去交费"功能让用户足不出户即可完成电费交纳,有效节省 了前往营业厅的时间与成本。在方便用户的同时,也有助于减轻基层供电公司的人工收费压力。 据悉,新版功能已在安徽、福建、河北、冀北、湖南等试点地区上线,并计划于11月24日起面向全 国27个省(市)公司的用电客户全面推广。下一步,国家电网客户服务中心将持续拓展小程序等多渠道 交费,优化线上支付功能,持续为客户打造安全可靠、丰富多元、便捷高效的电费交纳服务体验。 据国家电网最新消息,为提升用户线上办电体验,国家电网客户服务中心近期对网上国网App核心 功能"去交费"进行了全面优化升级。新版界面着力简化操作流程,让电费交纳更加轻松便捷。 此次升级主要面向全网居民、非居民(包括电动车、店铺、企事业)等用户,着力解决了以往页面 跳转繁琐、代扣功能入口难寻等问题。优化后,客户只需选择或输入交费金额,即可一键直达支付环 节,操作步骤大幅减少。同时,新版本保留了多户号批量交费入口,充分兼顾了不同用户的交费习惯。 ...
