粤港澳携手成就“绿色全运”

盘活现有设施,避免赛后闲置;用好科技手段,协同参与减碳;完善配套服务,落实环保政策……第十 五届全国运动会(以下简称"十五运会")日前在粤港澳大湾区落下帷幕。秉持"绿色、共享、开放、廉 洁"的办赛理念,十五运会通过系统性创新实践,致力打造一届"碳中和"赛事。 场馆建设是赛事减碳的关键环节。本届全运会中,粤港澳三地充分利用现有场馆资源,避免新建工程产 生的碳排放,对现有场馆进行绿色升级改造。 广东赛区90%以上的场馆都是利用现有场馆进行维修改造提升,同时不新建运动员村;香港赛区秉 持"利用现有场馆、市场化运作、不扰民"原则,利用启德体育园、香港单车馆、粉岭高尔夫球场等既有 场地举办8个竞赛项目和1个群众项目;澳门赛区的赛事除了使用特区政府体育局的场地外,还会利用当 地大专院校、综合度假休闲企业的场馆及设施举办比赛。 值得一提的是,十五运会的低碳实践未止步于"赛事期间",也同样关注"赛后使用",即确保场馆能够持 续服务城市发展与全民健身事业,避免"赛事一结束、场馆就闲置"的资源浪费困境。例如深圳龙华文体 中心赛后将面向市民开放,成为文体活动的综合空间。广州大学城体育中心攀岩场馆则将转型为青少年 攀岩基地,真正实现 ...

Group 4: Project Scale and Impact - The South Ahmad City infrastructure project covers an area of approximately 52.79 square kilometers and employs over 1,400 workers [4]. - The timely completion of the project is expected to alleviate housing pressure in the old Ahmad area, enhancing the living environment for local residents [4].
