沈阳中德园发布零碳园区建设方案 打造国家级零碳产业生态示范高地

当前,全球绿色低碳转型与我国"双碳"目标正深入推进。去年12月26日,中德园成功入选首批国家级零 碳园区建设名单,标志着园区绿色转型正式步入国家战略实施新阶段。建设中德园国家级零碳园区,是 推动制造业向高端化、智能化、绿色化发展的重要实践,也是服务东北全面振兴战略、构建现代化产业 体系的关键举措。 特别值得一提的是,建设中德园零碳园区,远不止于节能减排。其核心价值在于,依托中德合作平台, 率先开展中欧在碳核算、绿色认证等领域的规则对接与互认合作。通过协同园区内具备国际标准制定能 力的龙头企业,共同构建零碳标准矩阵,搭建涵盖标准验证、绿色认证的一体化服务平台。这不仅能为 我国高端装备制造产品获取"绿色通行证"、打破国际贸易壁垒提供支撑,更能为我国在绿色低碳领域的 制度型开放探索新路径、输出新范式,意义重大。 当日推进会由沈阳市发展和改革委员会、沈阳市工业和信息化局、中德(沈阳)高端装备制造产业园管理 委员会主办。 会议特别邀请国内外知名专家学者、园区内外龙头企业、产学研机构及技术服务商代表,围绕零碳技术 应用、绿色供应链建设、碳管理体系构建等议题开展深入研讨。既是一次共商绿色发展的交流盛会,更 是中德园零碳建设 ...
