The way markets have been looking at these deals is kind of the fact of the deal is much more important than the the details. That's generally the case and the deals will stick. On China though, what you got is a situation here where what markets think is that we've already dealt with this kind of uh rare earths for some chips deal.That's not so because the export licenses on both sides aren't aren't done frankly and the the flow is not happening.
