图为刘秀祥。 今年9月10日是我国第41个教师节,主题是"以教育家精神铸魂强师,谱写教育强国建设华章"。 三寸粉笔,三尺讲台系国运;一颗丹心,一生秉烛铸民魂。广大教师身体力行,主动以教育家为榜样, 把教育家精神转化为执教的理想和追求,把"师德师风"转化为鲜活具体的实践。如今,大力弘扬教育家 精神,争做新时代"大先生"的现象蔚然成风。在今年教师节来临之际,让我们走近优秀教师代表、贵州 省黔西南布依族苗族自治州望谟县实验高中教师刘秀祥。 "当时离开是为了摆脱贫困,但不是为了摆脱贫困的家乡" 刘秀祥,曾经"千里背母上大学"的主人公。 1986年,刘秀祥出生在望谟县一个偏远山村。幼时父亲因病去世,母亲也身患疾病,刘秀祥独自承担起 维持生活的责任和照顾母亲的重任。 捡废品,打零工……尽管生活艰难,刘秀祥始终没有放弃读书上学。没钱交学费的时候,老师为他垫付 了学费,并告诉他"你来读书就好"。这句话激励着刘秀祥坚持刻苦学习,也让他至今记在心里。 2008年,刘秀祥考入山东省的临沂师范学院(现临沂大学)。放心不下母亲的他,决定带母亲远赴山东 求学。他"千里背母上大学"的故事经媒体报道后,感动了无数人。 大学四年,刘秀祥一边上 ...
