(来源:北京城市副中心报) 本报讯(记者 陈施君)近日,通州区印发《北京城市副中心促进人才发展若干措施》(以下简称《措 施》),全面落实北京高水平人才高地建设要求,优化人才发展环境,对有志于投身副中心建设发展的 优秀人才抛出橄榄枝。 《措施》明确构建"十百千万"金字塔型人才梯队,聚焦战略、产业、国际、创新创业、青年群体五种人 才类型,按顶尖人才、杰出人才、领军人才、青年拔尖人才、青年后备人才五个层级分类支持,计划培 育"十"名顶尖人才、"百"名杰出或领军人才、"千"名青年拔尖人才、"万"名青年后备人才。 在人才认定标准上,《措施》针对不同类型人才制定了精准条件。战略类人才聚焦国家战略需求,涵盖 战略科学家、一流科技领军人才和创新团队、卓越工程师、大国工匠等;产业类人才覆盖数字经济、现 代金融、先进制造等重点产业及未来产业,同时包含教育、卫生等公共服务领域突出贡献专业人才;国 际类人才强调海外经历或国际视野,包括QS或THE世界大学排名前300的海外高校硕士归国留学生等; 创新创业类人才以赛事获奖、科研机构任职等为核心认定依据;青年群体则面向35周岁以下,具备专业 知识或专门技能的优秀人才,涵盖国内重点高校毕业 ...
