来源:人民法院报 会议指出,湖南全省法院坚持保护劳动者合法权益与保护企业发展并重,积极创新多元化解,不断 加强专业化审判,深入开展劳动争议调裁审衔接机制建设,有力推动了一大批劳动人事争议多元化解、 高效化解、实质化解。加强多部门协同联动,进一步完善"法院﹢工会"诉调衔接等机制,推动劳动争议 多渠道快速化解,降低成诉率。加大依职权调取证据力度,设立农民工权益保护"绿色通道",开展"湘 薪湘护""湘执利剑"等多个审判执行专项行动,为劳动者畅通维权通道、降低维权成本。出台指引性文 件、加强类案指导,进一步统一劳动关系解除、经济补偿、双倍工资等疑难复杂问题的裁判尺度。完善 与人社等部门的平台共建、难题共商、资源共享长效机制,探索实施生效判决定期反馈制度,实现仲 裁、审判水平双促进、同提升。 12月10日,湖南省高级人民法院联合湖南省人社厅召开新闻通气会,向社会公众通报近年来全省劳 动人事争议调解仲裁及审判工作情况,发布涉及工伤保险、女职工权益维护、竞业限制和劳动合同等劳 动人事争议典型案例5个,并回答记者提问。 会议通报,2023年以来,全省法院共受理劳动争议案件92544件,审结88260件,案件调撤率30%。 ...
