从生产车间到消费空间:沈阳工业老厂房里的新故事

作为"共和国长子"和老工业基地,沈阳有很多老厂房:铁西区的铸造厂、大东区的汽车工厂、沈河区的 砂布厂……它们曾经是一座城市的工业荣光,也经历过关停闲置的沉寂。当工业齿轮停止转动,这些沉 睡的老厂房如何成为吸引人流、资本与创意的"新引力场"? 春节期间,《证券日报》记者实地探访沈阳市多个由闲置老旧厂房改造的文创园区,探寻这座老工业城 市的"工业+文创"融合发展之路。 老厂房变身文创园 曾经的味精厂,如今变身时尚的文创园区;曾经充满机器轰鸣的车间厂房,如今成了创意市集、卡丁车 场馆、艺术展厅……在沈阳,由闲置老旧厂房改造而来的文创园区并不少见。 记者在沈阳红梅文创园看到,门头上"红梅企业集团有限公司"的原厂标牌依然醒目,红砖结构的原厂大 门也保留着旧时样貌。园区内,粗粝的老式红砖建筑与轻盈的艺术装置、文艺的咖啡馆、前卫的 Livehouse(小型现场演出场所)完美融合,相映成趣。一路走来,打卡游客人流如织,虽然天气寒 冷,但挡不住园区内的火热人气。 红梅文创园的前身是沈阳红梅味精厂,始建于1939年,曾经是东北地区最大的调味品生产企业,于2014 年退出历史舞台。2019年,在红梅味精厂13栋废旧厂房的基础上,一 ...
