央视网消息："城中村"自建房的安全监管一直是一些地方的难点。在陕西西安，一座城中村社区的居民在今年10月底为自建房购买了保险。居民投保后 究竟获得了哪些实惠？来看今天的《民生一件事》。 在西安市糜家桥社区，几名工程师正在对一户自建房进行房屋安全鉴定。这样的鉴定工作在这个社区已经开展了一个多月，已有超过150户居民的自建 房完成了鉴定检测。当地居民之所以挨家挨户做房屋鉴定，是因为前不久，他们为自家的自建房购买了保险，每年进行房屋鉴定是其中一项重要内容。 西安糜家桥社区前身为"糜家桥村"，虽然十多年前就改为了社区，但这里的管理模式与其他"城中村"别无二致。由于优越的地理位置吸引了不少外地人 在这里经商或租住，街道两侧旅馆、餐厅、超市等店铺比比皆是。从上世纪90年代到本世纪初，当地的自建房越盖越高、越盖越密。据了解，这些自建房大 多没有正规设计和质量监管，尽管经历了多轮次自建房排查整治，但后续房屋安全监管问题仍是该社区的重点和难点。 2024年12月到今年2月，西安住建部门邀请数十家保险机构对糜家桥社区进行实地调研，深入了解各方诉求。今年10月30日，糜家桥社区272户居民自愿 投保，占比达到94%。按照约定，居民 ...
