去年6月,社会救助法草案提请全国人大常委会会议首次审议。(完) 来源:中国新闻网 社会救助法草案二审 加强个人隐私和信息保护 中新网北京2月25日电 (记者 谢雁冰 郭超凯)社会救助法草案25日提请十四届全国人大常委会第二十一次 会议二次审议。草案二审稿进一步加强关于保护个人隐私和个人信息方面的规定。 社会救助工作在审核、公示等环节需要收集、使用大量个人信息,如果处理不当,可能侵害隐私权和个 人信息权益。为此,草案二审稿将关于保护个人信息的规定移至总则并修改为:社会救助工作应当依法 保护个人隐私和个人信息。有关单位和人员处理个人信息应当遵循合法、正当、必要原则,采取有效措 施保障个人信息安全,对在社会救助工作中知悉的个人信息等,应当依法予以保密。 草案二审稿根据"必要"原则,将申请社会救助时需要报告的信息限定为"与申请社会救助相关的情况"; 同时,增加规定泄露个人隐私或者个人信息的法律责任。 草案二审稿还对服务类救助作出专门规定,为其发展完善提供法律支撑。其中增加规定,国家积极发展 服务类社会救助,为社会救助对象提供必要的照护服务、生活服务、关爱服务等。 本文为转载内容,授权事宜请联系原著作权人 中新经纬版权 ...
