近日,安徽省潜山市茗桂公馆小区的业主们在政务服务中心不动产登记窗口领取了不动产权证。业主金 先生说:"房本拿到手,心里的石头终于落了地。" 此前,潜山市纪委监委在摸排群众急难愁盼问题时,收到该小区业主反映不动产"登记难"问题。经了 解,因历史遗留原因导致18户业主多年未能办理不动产权登记。市纪委监委将该问题纳入民生领域重点 督办事项,实行销号管理,并向自然资源和规划、住建、税务等部门发出工作提醒函,压实监管责任, 明确办结时限。相关派驻纪检监察组跟进监督,通过现场督查、专题协调、督促提醒等方式,全程跟踪 问效。 潜山市纪委监委以点带面,推动建立动态排查机制,联合相关部门开展"拉网式"排查,对收集到的不动 产登记历史遗留问题建立台账,推动分类处置。纪检监察机关发挥"室组地"联动监督优势,对敷衍塞 责、久拖不决等问题严肃问责,切实提升群众获得感、满意度。此外,市纪委监委督促不动产登记中心 持续深化数字化改革,通过"互联网+不动产登记",进一步提高办证效率。今年以来,全市已化解102户 不动产"登记难"问题。(通讯员 许莉莉) 在监督推动下,市自然资源和规划局不动产登记中心主动对接税务、经开区、金融机构等,协调解决 ...
