大学需要怎样的劳动教育
《中共中央 国务院关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》(以下简称《意见》)指出,要"根 据教育目标,针对不同学段、类型学生特点……开展劳动教育"。教育部印发的《大中小学劳动教育指 导纲要(试行)》明确要求普通高等学校应该"强化马克思主义劳动观教育,注重围绕创新创业,结合 学科专业开展生产劳动和服务性劳动,积累职业经验,培育创造性劳动能力和诚实守信的合法劳动意 识"。 我们团队在有关工作调研中发现,有不少高校劳动教育还没有体现出大学学段的学情和大学生的实际需 求,在实际工作中还存在着对劳动教育重视不够、学科定位不准确、条件保障不到位、贯彻执行有偏差 的问题,劳动教育不真实、不全面、不鲜活的情况还比较普遍。 其中,不真实主要体现在没有按照文件要求设置真实的专业化、职业化的劳动场景,多与中小学劳动教 育同质化,采用人工化、模拟化的劳动场景;不全面主要体现在没有"强化马克思主义劳动观教育",没 有体现劳育课程与课程劳育相结合,重劳动知识技能、轻劳动价值观培育,简单强调出力出汗,轻劳动 教育综合育人效果;不鲜活主要体现在缺乏培育大学生创造性、探索性劳动能力的教育理念、内容体 系,缺乏体现大学生实际需求的个性化劳动 ...
