10月11日,记者从省科技厅获悉:"十四五"期间,陕西进一步推动科技创新资源向乡村振兴领域延 伸,通过加快推动科技特派员村镇全覆盖,将先进技术、优质资源精准输送至县域产业一线,为乡村发 展注入强劲科技动能。 部署科技项目,加快关键技术攻关。2022年开始,陕西统筹11个国家科技特派团,按照"一县一课 题"模式,在11个重点帮扶县实施科技部国家重点研发计划项目,精准支持县域特色主导产业关键技术 研发与集成示范。据统计,2025年,省科技厅共支持乡村振兴项目和重点帮扶县项目137个,优先支持 科技特派团专家开展新品种新技术引进、技术难题攻关和产业功能拓展等,推动县域主导产业高质量发 展。 开展点面结合式帮扶,推动县域产业创新发展。在面上,陕西通过国家科技特派团和省级科技特派 员产业技术服务团双团联动,围绕县域重点产业开展技术帮扶。在点上,陕西组织实施"百名科技特派 员助力百村振兴行动",精准选派100名科技特派员驻村开展"一对一"帮扶,带动村产业和集体经济发 展;每年面向全省65个县区选派"三区"科技人才约1000名,开展县域重点产业技术服务。 搭建"线上+线下"服务平台。依托农业科技园区、星创天地、县域科技创新 ...
