“零碳园区”绿意浓

零碳能源供给创新突破、绿色产业集聚趋势显现、碳足迹管理水平提升……近两年,云南省发挥能源资 源优势,主动探索零碳园区建设,制定"推动零碳园区建设工作方案"及其评价指标体系,省级统筹推进 建设,取得阶段性成效。 零碳园区指通过规划、设计、技术、管理等方式,使园区内生产生活活动产生的二氧化碳排放降至"近 零"水平,并具备进一步达到"净零"条件的园区。今年6月底,国家发展改革委等部门印发《关于开展零 碳园区建设的通知》,提出"支持有条件的地区率先建成一批零碳园区"。 作为绿色能源大省,云南绿电装机占比超九成。昆明电力交易中心总经理黄炜说,为充分发挥绿电资源 优势,云南创新提出存量常规水电溯源技术,实现每度电从电厂到用户的精准可信追溯,实现存量常规 水电绿证无偿划转。随着持续推进,云南年均存量常规水电绿证无偿划转规模有望保持在1亿张以上, 折合电量超1000亿千瓦时,为零碳园区打造提供源源动力。 云南省发展改革委副主任梁旭东说,云南重点聚焦应对国际绿色贸易壁垒和下游采购商碳足迹需求,筛 选并启动建设3批15个省级零碳园区,"一园一策"推进建设。以为落户园区企业提供100%全绿电为目 标,持续实施"源网荷储"一体化项目 ...
