今年来,湖南多地有网友在"问政湖南"平台反映学校教室内安装摄像头一事。 有汨罗网友在10月1日举报汨罗三中高三年级某班内装设两个高清视频监控摄像头,认为学生隐私被侵 犯。 对此,汨罗市第三中学10月15日答复表示,为便于管理,该班确实存在安装监控的情况,现已拆除设 备,教室属于公共场所,且监控视频未做任何其他用途,不存在侵犯学生隐私权。 一名邵阳市网友在9月反映,洞口一中高三部多个教室未经学生、家长同意装摄像头,学校已有专门摄 像头,班主任仍然私自装另一个,侵犯了学生肖像权与隐私权。 9月30日,邵阳洞口县第一中学回复表示,学校高度重视,立即组织自查。发现高三部分班确实有私自 安装摄像头的情况。现已全部拆除,并严令今后不得再出现类似现象。 在获回复后,该网友11月2日再次举报,称洞口一中没有完全落实到位,部分班主任拆除摄像头,大部 分班主任我行我素。该网友说,学校已经统一安装了摄像头,班主任没必要私自安装一个摄像头,这严 重侵犯学生肖像权。 洞口县第一中学回复说,针对教育局关于校园摄像头安装管理的相关要求,学校已组织全面排查,目前 绝大部分班主任已拆除班级内非学校统一安装的摄像头,严格落实教育主管部门的管理规 ...
