今年,我省将规范严谨开展学籍管理,在规范建立纸质学籍档案的同时,将相关数据及时完整录 入"全国技工院校信息管理系统",形成电子学籍。及时处理学籍异动,确保每名全日制学籍学生人籍一 致,对于学籍异动处理不及时、长期空挂学籍的学校,一经发现,可采取约谈、警告、通报等措施督促 整改。规范办理毕业手续,确保毕业证书及时发放和实现在线查询。规范非全日制学生学籍,对学生学 籍申报信息认真审核,及时审批。非全日制学生不在资助范围。 按照相关要求,从2025年春季学期起,将技工院校全日制学历教育正式学籍三年级在校涉农专业学 生和非涉农专业家庭经济困难学生纳入国家助学金资助范围。平均资助标准由每生每年2000元提高到 2300元,具体标准由各地结合实际在1200—3500元范围内确定,可以分为2—3档。对原建档立卡贫困家 庭学生、最低生活保障家庭学生、特困供养学生、孤儿、烈士子女、家庭经济困难残疾学生及残疾人子 女等特困家庭学生要重点予以保障。将"边缘易致贫户""因病因灾因意外事故等刚性支出较大或收入大 幅缩减导致基本生活出现严重困难户"家庭的学生,及时纳入资助保障范围。各市将及时推进政策调整 工作,确保资助资金足额保障,加强 ...
