近日,省委组织部、省人力资源社会保障厅、省财政厅印发通知,认定孟景等150人为2025年度齐 鲁首席技师。自2004年起,我省设立首席技师选拔管理制度。齐鲁首席技师是山东省级重点人才工程、 技能人才领域的最高荣誉之一,每年选拔一次,管理期4年。 山东是人口大省、工业大省,也是劳动力大省、技能人才大省。近年来,山东以落实人社部与山东 省政府签署的共建"技能山东"协议为总抓手,大力实施"技能兴鲁"行动,持续深化技能人才培养、使 用、评价、激励等体制机制改革,培养造就了一大批高素质技术技能人才。目前,全省高技能人才总量 超过480万人,现有中华技能大奖获得者22人,全国技术能手771人,齐鲁首席技师2548人,山东省技术 技能大师199人、山东省技术能手5288人,高技能人才、高技能领军人才总量均位居全国前列。(记者 齐静) ...
