证券日报网讯精工科技(002006)8月28日在互动平台回答投资者提问时表示,公司已确认参股投资北 京清航空天动力科技有限公司(以下简称清航空天)。清航空天成立于2019年,是清华大学航天航空学院 科技成果转化的高科技企业。该公司聚焦空天动力技术与清洁能源技术两大领域,以"旋转爆震"为核心 技术,致力于推动动力系统的创新变革。清航空天是国家高新技术企业,核心技术主要包括爆震燃烧技 术、超高速电机、空气轴承等,下游应用包括航空发动机、燃气轮机及相关核心零部件。基于公司在精 密制造领域的多年深耕,与清航空天的爆震发动机制造和应用具有较强的协同效应,同时公司在空天 (低空)产业的发展也有助于推动新型推进动力的应用和产业化。因此,公司决定与清航空天开展合作, 以推动双方的产业协同与发展。 ...
