建设中的粟家庙渡槽。 攻坚全线最长"空中长河" 11月26日,位于南充市营山县的亭子口灌区一期工程粟家庙渡槽施工现场,1座塔吊和4辆汽车吊密切配合, 正把一块重达上百吨的钢铁"大块头",吊到二三十米的高空进行组装。 粟家庙渡槽是亭子口灌区一期工程控制性节点工程,全长2270米,最大架空高度87米,共划分为59跨,平面 设置四处转弯,与张南高速、顺蓬营一级公路、国道244线等多处既有建(构)筑物交叉,是全线长度最长、技术 难度最大、跨越建筑物最多、结构形式最复杂的渡槽,也是目前国内最大跨度预应力混凝土简支梁式渡槽。 今年6月,粟家庙渡槽的承台及墩柱全部施工完成,目前正在全力开展槽身浇筑施工。由于建设难度大、周期 长,为了抢抓建设进度,参建各方决定在粟家庙渡槽引进造槽机施工。相比传统的搭建钢管柱贝雷架施工,造槽 机具有建设效率高、施工更安全的特点。 记者在施工现场看到,这台重达1400吨的巨型造槽机已被拆分为多个部分,光数十吨、上百吨的零部件就有 三四十个。"我们从10月中旬就开始拼装造槽机,预计12月中旬拼装完毕。"施工方中国水电十四局亭子口灌区一 期工程第Ⅲ标段项目经理部安全环保部副主任马祥贵介绍。 项上的力 ...
