市场监管总局:今年已完成食品安全抽检570万批次 不合格率2.74%

25日,市场监管总局召开"开展全链条抽检 强化全链条监管"食品安全专题新闻发布会。会上,市场监 管总局食品安全总监孙会川介绍,截至今年11月中旬,全国市场监管系统已完成食品安全抽检570.26万 批次,检出不合格样品15.6万批次,总体不合格率为2.74%。 据介绍,市场监管部门近年来围绕全链条监管,抽检范围已全面覆盖食品生产、经营各环节主体和业 态,包括各类生产企业、加工小作坊、商超,以及餐饮外卖、直播带货、生鲜电商等新业态。抽检品种 涵盖39大类食品,检验项目达2066项指标,基本实现群众日常消费食品抽检全覆盖。 同时,强化重点领域风险防控,将婴幼儿配方食品、校园餐等作为监管重点,对在产婴幼儿配方食品企 业实施"月月检",实现100%抽检覆盖。 (责任编辑:张紫祎) 此外,推动检测技术突破创新。针对食品掺杂掺假等检测难题,已研制发布106项食品补充检验方法, 覆盖近千种物质。通过"揭榜挂帅"机制组织科研攻关,着力解决羊肉卷掺假、橄榄油混充等行业痛点问 题的定量检测技术瓶颈。 孙会川表示,食品安全抽检作为法定制度和监管职责,已成为发现食品安全问题、排查风险隐患的重要 技术手段,被誉为食品安全监管的"雷达"和 ...
