《中国民航报》、中国民航网 记者张丰蘩、陈虹莹 通讯员王琰、马丽 报道:6月25日,首都机场在3号航站楼举办"聚首国门 畅享悦行"中国服务日主题活 动,重点推介"首都快线""宾至如归""首行无忧""寻味首都""首享礼韵"5款服务产品。 为积极响应国家"促进入境便利、提振消费、强化民航优势"的政策导向,首都机场以"第一国门 让爱聚首"服务品牌为引领,持续完善产品体系,设计6条产 品线26款服务产品,发布新版《首都机场服务品牌产品手册》,为不同客群提供差异化、高品质的服务体验。活动现场,首都机场重点推介了5款服务产 品。"首都快线"是首都机场协同航空公司、驻场单位为商务旅客打造的航空主业产品,目前已涵盖国航系(国航、深航、山航)、东航、川航、海航的10余条 快线产品,日单程航班量达10班以上,覆盖全天出行时段。今年5月6日起,首都机场至上海虹桥机场的双向航班提供跨航司自愿签转服务,目前可实现国航 和东航两家航空公司之间的客票签转。"宾至如归"产品包括国际电子登机牌、免费北京一日游等30余项服务功能,3号航站楼国际到达层B出口外还设有"北 京服务"机场服务点,更好协助国际旅客办理ATM外卡取现、支付宝/微信/数字人 ...
