2026春运|东航升级“无陪服务” 春运“单飞”儿童增长近八成
《中国民航报》、中国民航网 记者钱擘 报道:今年新春,东航"无成人陪伴儿童服务"的预定量迎来快 速增长。2月2号春运首日以来,东航日均受理的无陪儿童申请超过470人次,相比1月,这一数字增长近 八成。为应对大客流,东航已于近期将原定每个航班最多接收5名无陪儿童提升至最多12名,这一弹性 调整将有效满足高峰期家庭出行的实际需要。 目前,东航这一服务的适用范围包括年满5周岁不满12周岁、计划独自乘机的儿童旅客。家长为孩子购 买航班机票后,可通过东航App、微信小程序、官网搜索"无成人陪伴儿童"词条,填写有关材料并提交 申请。 在航班登机前,东航地服人员会安排小朋友优先上机,并由客舱乘务员陪伴小旅客的空中旅途。通常而 言,东航会为无陪儿童安排靠近飞机走廊的前排座位,由乘务员全程看护。乘务员会为小旅客系上安全 带、收起小桌板,告知起飞阶段的注意事项,鼓励他们克服独自乘机的紧张感。进入平飞阶段后,乘务 员则会照看小旅客享用航空餐、填饱肚子,并拍摄一些他们的乘机照片,为旅途留下珍贵回忆。航班抵 达目的地机场后,东航人员也会在廊桥口等候,护送小朋友提取托运行李、走出航站楼,直至将其交送 至等候在外的家长手中。(编辑:李季威 ...
