昨日,市政协十四届四次会议举办3场界别联组会,多位市政协委员围绕打造绿色低碳宜居家园、激发 文化创新创造活力、推进乡村振兴等主题建言献策,提出推进氢能冷链车商业化落地、打造史诗级文旅 IP、培育京郊微度假标杆等针对性建议,为首都高质量发展注入新思路、新方向。 市政协委员、国家电投集团氢能科技发展有限公司董事长、党委书记李连荣,针对北京未来氢能产业发 展提出建议。他表示,氢能是保障国家未来能源安全的重要手段,也是实现"双碳"目标的重要途径。建 议加快出台北京氢能扶持政策,以北汽集团和国氢科技联合开发的氢能冷链车为切入点,推进氢能交通 产业发展,开放应用场景和路权,加大市场投放力度,推动加氢站配套建设。 在"激发文化创新创造活力,推动首都文化繁荣发展"界别联组座谈会上,市政协委员、厂甸资产管理有 限公司文化资产服务管理专员杜彦锋表示,如今,文艺新业态已成为拉动文旅消费的重要力量,越来越 多人"为一部剧,赴一座城",直接带动当地旅游消费市场增长。"北京缺乏具有唯一性、独特性的史诗 级IP。建议以国际化为导向,策划一部新时期首都大型史诗级沉浸式演艺作品,通过打造'白天逛景 区,晚上看演出'的文旅消费新场景,推动北京城 ...
