对上述食品安全监督抽检中发现的不合格产品,建德市市场监督管理局已交由企业所在地市场监管部门和有关部门按照《中华人民共和国食品安全法》的规 定,对不合格产品及其生产经营企业进行处置。特此通告。 2.食品监督抽检产品信息 建德市市场监督管理局 近期,建德市市场监管局组织抽检粮食加工品、餐饮食品、糕点、肉制品、调味品、豆制品等18大类食品68批次样品。根据食品安全国家标准检验和判定: 抽样检验合格67批次,不合格1批次(见附件)。不合格项目涉及铝的残留量(干样品,以 Al 计)。具体情况通告如下: 一、铝的残留量(干样品,以 Al 计) 建德市航头镇永祥豆制品小作坊生产的油豆腐项目不符合食品安全国家标准规定。 关于部分不合格项目的说明 一、铝的残留量 含铝(aluminium)食品添加剂(比如钾明矾、铵明矾)可用作膨松剂、稳定剂。按标准使用含铝食品添加剂不会对健康造成危害,但长期过量摄入铝可能与儿童 智力发育障碍、软骨病、骨质疏松等疾病有关。铝残留量超标的原因可能是个别生产经营企业为增加产品口感,在生产加工过程中超限量、超范围使用含铝 添加剂,或者其使用的复配添加剂中铝含量过高。根据我国《食品安全国家标准食品添加剂 ...
