先是"选羊"。由几个"羊气相投"的人结伴到村里养羊的人家去选羊。羊太老了不行,肉难嚼,通常是选 一个四五十斤重的小羊。价格是好商量的,一般是按市场价,有时也低于市场价。总之,多一毛钱少一 毛钱是无所谓的。把羊刚买下来后,本村专收购羊皮的小贩便会主动来预订下这张羊皮,这样除去羊皮 钱便是吃这只羊的成本了。接下来要估算出这只羊大约可以出多少斤熟肉,然后据此估算出大约需凑多 少份,每份为多少钱,再去凑"羊肉份子"。一般每户只凑一份,也有凑半份的,当然家中人口多还有凑 两份或三份的,但总的份数是有限制的,凑的份数如果越多,分到的肉就越少。因此如果买到的是一只 四五十斤重的羊(大约能出二十斤熟肉),一般就只凑十几份。 然后便是"分工"。先是从凑份子的十几户人家中各挑选一名劳力(一般为男人)参加"集体劳动"。如果 家中由于种种原因确实抽不出人来也没有关系,实际上也用不了那么多人。抽调人的目的也不完全是为 了劳动,关键在于人多了热闹。然后在这些人中要分出厨师、会计、火头工、勤杂工等若干人,厨师专 司灶上的活计,会计负责收取份子钱等与账目有关的事务,火头工则专门烧火,勤杂工专干杂务。 (来源:廊坊日报) 转自:廊坊日报 我爱 ...
