中新网海口5月15日电 (黄世君)海口市生态环境局15日对外介绍,海口市生态环境局、海口市自然资源 和规划局近日联合印发《海口市蓝碳经济发展行动方案(2025—2035年)》(下称《方案》),明确到2035 年底,海口市蓝碳经济体系基本建立,蓝碳经济贡献度显著提高,海洋产业生态化水平明显提升。 "蓝碳"是利用海洋活动及海洋生物吸收大气中的二氧化碳,并将其固定、储存在海洋中的过程、活动和 机制。海口市生态环境局三级调研员宋延巍介绍,"蓝碳经济"是以蓝碳为核心,通过保护和恢复海洋生 态系统,提高其碳汇功能,降低大气中的二氧化碳浓度,提供生态产品和服务,从而实现经济效益的一 种新兴经济形态。 海口市拥有得天独厚的蓝碳资源禀赋,其海岸线绵长,滨海湿地面积广阔,拥有红树林和海草床等蓝碳 生态系统。据统计,海口红树林面积约3.2万亩,其中海南东寨港国家级自然保护区内红树林面积约2.7 万亩。 《方案》围绕七项重点工作展开,包括摸清资源底数、实施专项行动工程提升海洋增汇、探索海洋碳汇 应用示范、强化保护修复、发展海洋生态服务等。 《方案》还明确二十项具体任务,涵盖开展蓝色碳汇系统调查、建立蓝碳经济统计评价体系、实施红树 林 ...
