美联:料今年香港整体物业注册宗数超越8万宗 数量与金额均创4年新高

智通财经APP获悉,今年香港楼市交投火热,注册量与金额齐升。据美联物业研究中心综合土地注册处 资料,今年(截至12月23日)香港整体物业(包括一手私楼、二手住宅、一手公营房屋、工商铺、纯车位及 其他等)注册量已录得78,948宗,较去年全年67,979宗高出约16.1%;期内整体物业涉及的注册金额录 6,006.6亿港元,亦较去年全年5,341.4亿港元高出约12.5%,无论注册宗数抑或金额均同创4年新高。 值得留意,若以半年计算,不难发现下半年市场表现更突出,相信与股市向好及美国重启减息有关。 据资料显示,下半年(截至12月23日)整体物业注册量额分别录42,100宗及约3,236.3亿港元,分别较上半 年上升约14.3%及约16.8%,齐创4年新高。 回顾今年住宅市场,在不包括一手公营房屋之下,今年(截至12月23日)一手私楼及二手住宅注册量合共 录65,677宗,较去年全年57,602宗同比增加约14%;同期金额录5,231.9亿港元,亦比起去年全年4,670.9 亿港元上升约12%,而住宅注册量额与整体物业同创4年新高。 美联物业分析师岑颂谦指出,今年楼市交投明显回暖,当中住宅市场受惠多项利好因素支持 ...
