近日,济南轨道交通4号线、8号线建设一线"节"报频传,4号线位里庄出入线至泉城公园站(以下均为工程名)区间实现"长轨通";8号线彩龙路站至山东 现代学院站区间热滑试验也正式启动……项目建设加快推进。 4号线:位里庄至泉城公园站实现"长轨通" 作为贯穿济南主城区东西的交通大动脉,4号线工程线路长、站点多,施工环境复杂,尤其是铺轨作业面临战线绵长、作业空间受限、多专业交叉施工以 及减振降噪要求高等多重挑战。为确保工程如期推进,建设者们迎难而上,打响了铺轨攻坚战。 项目团队创新采用"机铺+散铺"组合施工模式,实施"双向对铺",有效破解了空间狭小、交叉作业多的难题。施工高峰时期,全线同时开设8个作业面,8 台新型自变形轮式铺轨吊、8台自变形轮胎式罐车高效协同,创下了单日铺轨670米的速度纪录,大幅提升了施工效率。 为保障列车运行平稳舒适并降低环境影响,4号线关键区段采用钢弹簧浮置板道床技术,在轨道与道床间设"缓冲带",利用弹簧压缩吸收振动能量,可降 噪10至15分贝。同时,建设者运用高精度闪光焊接技术,将全线长钢轨无缝锁定,焊接精度控制在3毫米内,大幅提升轨道平顺性,优化乘客乘坐体验。 云巴:动车调试加快推进 截至目 ...
