北京再次优化住房限购政策!符合条件家庭购买五环外住房不限套数

8月8日,北京市住房和城乡建设委员会、北京住房公积金管理中心联合印发《关于进一步优化调整本市 房地产相关政策的通知》(以下简称《通知》),《通知》明确,自2025年8月9日起,符合本市商品住 房购买条件的居民家庭,购买五环外商品住房(含新建商品住房和二手住房)不限套数。《通知》还加 大了对住房公积金贷款支持力度,包括由每缴存公积金一年可贷10万元提高至可贷15万元、二套房公积 金贷款最高额度由60万元提高至100万元,以及二套房最低首付款比例统一调整为不低于30%,不再区 分五环内外等。 不限套数,"五环外"再成新政关键词 此次《通知》明确,京籍居民家庭、在本市连续缴纳社会保险或个人所得税满2年及以上的非京籍居民 家庭,购买五环外商品住房不限套数。对成年单身人士在本市购买商品住房的,按照居民家庭执行限购 政策。 《通知》同时指出,居民家庭购买五环内商品住房的政策不变,京籍居民家庭五环内限购2套,在本市 连续缴纳社会保险或个人所得税满3年及以上的非京籍居民家庭五环内限购1套。 记者注意到,"五环外"一直是北京购房政策调整的一个"关键词"。尤其是去年北京的"9·30"政策调整, 当时非京籍家庭五环外购房社保年限从 ...
